Important Details

Return period: 30 days from delivery date
Restocking fee: None
Refund processing time: Up to 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer
Exchanges: Accepted (within 30 days, unused and in original condition)

Note: Your statutory rights (e.g. right of withdrawal) remain unaffected by this policy.


Return Process (How it works)

1. Contact us

Please email us at support@heysnuggy.com (include your order number and the item(s) concerned) or use our contact form.

2. Prepare your return

Please pack the item securely, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Shipping

Send the return to the return address provided above at your own cost.
Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage.

4. Receipt & inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. Your refund will then be processed according to the conditions below.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing may take up to 7 days after confirmation

  • No restocking fees are charged

  • If items show signs of use, missing tags, or missing original packaging, a reasonable deduction may be applied to the refund amount


Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item (e.g. different size or color)?

Conditions for exchanges:
Items must be unused, unworn, complete, and returned within 30 days of delivery.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@heysnuggy.com or via our contact form.

Once an order has been processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.

Please send us photos of the item along with your order number at support@heysnuggy.com. We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
