These shipping terms apply to deliveries to Germany and Switzerland.
To offer a wider product selection and competitive prices, we work with international logistics partners. Orders are shipped directly from partner warehouses outside of Germany and delivered with tracking to the address provided at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are usually processed on the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Processing and shipping take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping within Germany and Switzerland is free of charge.
There is no minimum order value.
All prices displayed on our website include shipping and handling costs. No additional fees will be charged at checkout.

Deliveries within Germany are usually handled by DHL or an equivalent carrier once the shipment enters the domestic delivery network.
Deliveries within Switzerland are usually handled by Swiss Post or an equivalent carrier once the shipment enters the Swiss delivery network.
All orders are shipped with tracking.

Despite careful planning, delays may occur in individual cases due to customs clearance, logistical bottlenecks, or seasonal shipping volumes. These circumstances are beyond our direct control.
