These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded via the website heysnuggy.com between HeySnuggy and consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.
All prices shown are final prices in the displayed currency.
Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on the payment method, the charge is made at the time of order confirmation or shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment manipulation.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Some products are shipped from international warehouses. Therefore, longer transit times or logistical delays may occur in individual cases.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 7 days via the original payment method.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
For international deliveries, additional charges (e.g. import VAT or customs duties) may apply, which are collected by the relevant customs authorities or shipping providers.
These charges are outside of our control. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.

Please report any defects or damages to us promptly by email so we can provide a quick solution.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
